Nice find! I'm about to finish mine up tomorrow. Pretty much followed your exact build of the white one (mine was a 97) except went with the navitas ac kit. Looking forward to testing these Eagle batteries out. Keep the videos coming!

Just wondering, where is a good place to get a replacement front seat( the wood and cushion portion) for a good price? I just got a 1997 EZGO thats needs a new front seat.

I would be worried about worse case scenario stuff like bad motor or bad transmission too. Do they come as a package? And about how much does a new motor go for?
