Your body will be more focused on smaller portions knowing you won’t have that much food like normally a huge portion instead of small, when your body focuses on the small portion it will give you time to actually taste the flavor and enjoy it rather then eating up larger portions fastly which makes your body not focus on the flavor and enjoyness :)
