I've always love this man. He's always had a huge heart for his fans. I saw him when I was in LA back in '96 or '97. I was 16/17, and I was in love with him from School Ties lol. I pointed him out and I was totally fangirling over seeing him, and I guess he saw me point at him, so he walked over. He gave me a HUGE hug and took a picture with my family and then me by myself. He recommended that we try In-N-Out (we're from Texas where Whataburger is king of all hamburgers lol), waved and kept walking down Hollywood Blvd. like any other person. I have the pics in a photo album 'til this day! I didn't care about Disneyland, the beach or anywhere else we went on that trip. I got a hug from my Hollywood crush and that made that miserable ass 29 hr drive from Texas to California worth it to me!
