This Is Winter in Canada (on one of the COLDEST days of the year)

In this video I take a streetcar ride and film Toronto on one of the coldest days of the year, during the Polar Vortex. I filmed this from the warmth of the King Streetcar going from Dufferin Street, in Parkdale, to Yonge Street.

This is NOT a typical winter day in Toronto, as most of our winter the temperature is much milder and the majority of days there is no snow on the ground. In fact last winter, we only had snow on the ground about 14 days in the year.

Even with a polar vortex, people carry on as usual. A nice streetcar ride and a look at part of the city in a non-tourist way.
