2 dead, multiple injured in shooting at Round Rock Juneteenth festival

At least two people are dead and several are injured after a shooting at a Juneteenth event in Round Rock. The suspects are still at large.

"Round Rock Police Chief Allen Banks saying he's heartbroken that something like this would happen during a celebration." He may be heartbroken but he couldn't be surprised.
