10 Minute Leg Workout // All Standing, Knee & Osteoporosis Friendly!

Work all your major muscles in this quick workout for your lower body! This workout is knee friendly and osteoporosis friendly so there are no exercises that involve rounding or twisting your back and there are no squats, lunges or jumping exercises!
You will need a chair or base of support to hold on to for a few of the exercises. Remember to go at your own pace, keep your core engaged (tummy pulled in) to protect your lower back.

Lauren thank you for these 10 minute workouts. I have really enjoyed them. The 10 minute workouts are always great when short on time to fit in throughout the day as mine has been this week. Ten minutes 3xs a day is a perfect way to do this.

Did the Cardio Abs, Upper Body and Leg workouts. Whole 30 minutes in one day plus 30 minutes on the treadmill. Yay! My doctor is going to be so happy with me when I see him next week. I've been doing 30 minutes to an hour every day. Some days I even have enough energy to put in 2 hours. Now I'm shooting for 10K steps, too.

I have now got myself into a routine with these now, 5min warm up - 10min arms n abs - 10min arms - 10mins legs. I feel so good, cream crackered of course. But none of these kill my knees which is fabulous, bonus more fat dropped more muscle tone gained and more inches lost so ty ty ty 🥰 Also on the next day I do the steps which is fun too!
