Question, does Milwaukee put a picture of the tool that is in the box on one of the end panels of their cardboard boxes? It would help customers see what tools you have without digging through all the boxes. You could make a suggestion to Milwaukee to make that change if they don’t. All of the tool trucks have the same problem with boxed tools. There’s just not enough space to display the top or front of a box so customers can easily see what is available. Many customers won’t dig through a display and they also won’t always ask for something. I used to be in retail management and I had to completely rearrange stores that were performing poorly and simply rearranging displays so customers can easily see what is available can help improve sales.

I see grey pneumatic sockets on the truck! I think you should promote those more! I’m currently looking into buying some and the only place I can find them where gp will honor their warranty is jb tools. I’d much rather go through y’all if you have them!
