Vulnerability has helped me connect DEEPER with the people I care about.

I used to avoid vulnerability because I was scared it made me look weak.

But the truth is we are human, and it's okay to be vulnerable, and by learning how to show it, it's becomes a super power for connection and relatability.

Love this. It also creates hardship as leaders: we owe to lean to balance between being vulnerable and not allowing it to become a weakness in front of our teams and employees. Especially as leaders 🙏🏻

The guy Vinh is talking to seems to have recently watched one communication video where they said maintain eye contact so you can look confident. I just hope he was understood what Vinh said cos I think he was concentrating on how he appeared than on what Vinh was saying

No.. in a high stress and time sensitive, large stakes environment, a leader that's perceived as vulnerable may connect but don't inspire confidence and people would start making plans to jump ship.
