They r didn't replaced the cable and its 1mm cable is it enough? Aik our capacitor bhi boardk bahir lagadia h. Baqi buttons waghaira same hain. Please tell me what I need to do to correct it?

How to know if submersible pump is working or not ? My pump when switched on makes a water throw sound in water pipe but after few water no water comes .. I checked the amperes of the input word they were 7amps .. so does that mean that my submersible pump is ok and there is no water in bore well ? 1.5 HP jiadi pump.
