Single Page Application in AngularJS - Tutorial 2 - adding WebAPI MVC web service using $http

In this tutorial we will look at how to add server side web service to our angularjs web app. We are using .net MVC5 to add controllers for HttpPost and HttpGet and consume these service endpoints from our AngularJS app.

We also doing some UI work, adding waiting glyph (spinny thing) to components that are awaiting data from the webservice and implementing some very basic error handling in our web service and render the error messages on the UI.
