Death taxes VAR robbing westham of 3 goals and Moyes ball fuck sake 😂

Ings should have had the chance to throw Emery's comments back at him. Im sure he was up for it.

Biggest surprise is the ref leaving the pitch alive

Man I love West Ham I’ve supported them for my whole life

Hopefully we'll have this goal scoring energy when we face off leverkusen

I do love a diving header. We know who the real claret and blue are!

Moyes substitutions and tactics are fucking ridiculous. Ings came on and scored twice and hit the bar in 5 minutes and hasn't seen any game time since.

Very impressive display.
I would say three things...
1) I would like to see the front four eventually be more flexible and fluid in terms of covering each other defensively.
2) I would also consider swapping Paqueta and Kudus's positions. I feel that there is a huge requirement for the 10 in that system to support Antonio's press, and we may upset the opposition's build-up more with Kudus taking that role rather than Paqueta. You also gain the link-up between Emerson and Paqueta down the left-hand side that we have seen so frequently this season. This is a consideration rather than an out-and-out suggestion.
3) I agreed with the decision to make a defensive sub at the 65-minute mark, but my sub at the time would have been Phillips for Antonio, go 4-5-1, push Paqueta to the left, and rather than leave Bowen up top, I would have opted for Kudus to be the makeshift CF.
All in all, it's a relatively new system and there may be tweaks that incrementally improve us. I would have liked this 11 to start the season as soon as Kudus arrived.
It's been excellent so far. We look like we are overwhelming teams at times which is great to see. I still think there is a place for that 'low-block' system that Moyes has employed so frequently this season, but I would like it to be used in 20% of the games, rather than 80%.
Just my takes from the game.
We are looking like a really, really good side again. If we can continue in the same vein and overwhelm certain teams and revert back to the system we used more frequently at the beginning of the season against certain sides, I think it gives us two ways of getting results.

That's a very good, very brave goal from our Mick!
Kinda reminds me of the one Jarrod scored at Anfield in the league earlier on in the season, diving headers are always impressive!
Love it #COYI ⚒️⚒️⚒️

VAR has been out to get us for so long now it's a total joke. The rules are a joke. The first disallowed goal was a disgrace. Hand ball when his arms are glued to his side ? Anywhere else on the pitch it's never handball. Any other situation it's not handball. So why is it handball? Oh because it helped Westham, thats why
HuntsDown
Wouldn’t be a game without VAR sucking the joy out of the performance. Way to phone it in with that awful sub Moyes.

The only reason Zaniola didnt get a card for throwing the ball was cause he already had a yellow card. Pure inconsistency from the Referee
dhundultseurate
Awful officials. If you cant give it in 30 seconds it should stand. Corruption

Does anyone know why kudus goal didnt count?
bombezockt
if we weren't robbed every week we would be in the top 4 zone

It's a shame to have such a bad and incompetent football team. The team consists of more neighborhood children than football players.

I feel like this was another robbery. Atleast one of the 2 goals should have counted. Sad that we had to sub off Antonio, Paqueta and Emerson due to injury risk. Otherwise loved the performance at first half sad that they managed to equealise due to the defense getting weaker and weaker toward the end of the game. Nvm COYI,
