This early1970's classic I've listened to many times in it's original version, the voices and harmonies are timeless. A song that should never ever fade into obscurity, got to listen to your version again, and a few times again after that.

¿De que se trata Have You Seen Her de 1971 ?
El protagonista solía ser feliz, pero ahora está triste y solo porque su pareja lo dejó. Va al parque para ver jugar a los niños, pero ya nada le trae alegría. No deja de pensar en su pareja y ve su rostro y escucha su voz en todas partes donde va, y espera que regrese pero se siente perdido sin ella. Para su consternación, la mujer no regresa ...Al final termina la canción, en voz alta, reflexionando sobre lo tonto que fue por creer que la mujer de sus sueños siempre estaría a su lado.
Algunas ediciones de radio han omitido el diálogo hablado. La canción alcanzó el puesto número 3 en el Billboard Hot 100 y alcanzó la cima de la lista Billboard R&B Singles en noviembre de 1971. También alcanzó el número 3 en la lista de singles del Reino Unido en febrero de 1972, y fue un éxito en el Reino Unido nuevamente en 1975 cuando se reeditó como una cara A doble con "Oh Girl", esta vez alcanzando el número 5. The original lead in on Have You Seen Her has an odd distorted Instrument. Maybe a Guitar? Kind buzzy and distorted. I like that part of the song the best. Do you know how that sound was made? Great Remix! Genius!

I love this song because of the extremely high Falsetto notes. I can hit most of them but I can't maintain it all in one song length (I falter slightly and am unable to keep it in check without losing the note).
