I think strenght goes to baloo because he lifted giant temple with king louie and when baloo had bruised eye the bruise disappeared fast also baloo was able to survive a fall from a cliff and a massive rock falling on his head but boog survived a fall in a giant waterfall so overall boog wins high-extreme diff i think
