Get a blow torch on the a axle metal in the thin area surrounding the bush, just for a few minutes . Then knock it out easily with a hammer, easier & quicker than using a puller . Let it cool, clean up the hole, bob in new bush . I do a set a week and always replace with poly bushes. Great video though 👌

Non ST mk6, no track. What's usually recommended, the yellow or purple bushes?

Remember, those bushes you installed aren't Polybush - They're Polyurethane suspension bushes. :)
