Keto Tortilla Chips
1 ½ cup mozzarella cheese
2 ounces of goat cheese
1 cup of almond flour

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Line a pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave safe bowl, add mozzarella cheese and goat cheese
Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Stir.
Pour in almond flour. Mix well.
Place dough on parchment paper. Flatten out (can use rolling pin). Roll out thin.
Using a pizza cutter, cut into triangles.
Bake chips for 12-15 minutes.

Hi🤗, Great recipe but u asked about allergy solutions. I was told that it’s the Dairy that causes the allergies to flare up. Yikes. Had to share. Hope it helps💕

Drink hot lemon tea with crushed 1/2 tsp crushed garlic, a little apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp of crushed ginger for your allergy. It works for me. I drink it everyday. I can't remember the last time that I had to blow my nose.

Try ColdCalm Boiron homeopathic. Helps me a lot. Thx for this recipe! Try cutting the dough with pizza cutter and leave them on original parchment without transfer. I've done that and it worked. I just found your channel. Subbed. Peace ✌️

Thank you for the recipe; I am always looking for a good low carb chip! For triangles, you could make small circles (if you have a tortilla press that would work or roll it out and us a bowl to cut circles or a cup) and then cut it like you would pizza slices. Or you could roll out short, but long rectangles and cut out triangles as you go down the rectangle, one at a time.

I am going to try these after I get goat cheese, which I love. Been doing IF and Keto as much as I can with my husband who doesn't. Haven't lost weight either. Half hour of strength exercises too. I don't have fatty liver either, but doc said Pcos, now insulin resistance? Help
