that grill cover looks really nice and seems like you might need to adjust your settings for the added heat. those ribs looked amazing

I leave the membrane on my ribs because I like to chew on them after the cook. Yummy.

I was hoping you were going to address the blanket. The last time we "spoke" I found the cooking time even in the frozen north was much less. This looks like my next project! P.S. I love your shirt!

Man where do you find those huge short ribs? The ones I get here are tiny. The only big beef ribs I can get here in California are beef backribs that don’t have much meat on them.
