No, God gave Adam the commandment, not to eat from the tree of Life first. He was not enticed, he chose to listen to the voice of his wife, instead of remembering the voice of God. Nor was she persistent for him to take the fruit (like Delilah was with Samson to find out his weakness) He just took it. It was a choice, that he chose to be disobedient to God, along with her.
