The Capitol building in Washington DC is based on the Pantheon, as are innumerable banks, courthouses, and museums.
Trajan’s Market, which was a multistory building with over 150 rooms, is the forerunner of the modern shopping mall and the modern office park. It’s various chambers were linked by a network of arcades, internal hallways, and staircases.
