I was kind of disappointed with this ending, it's like a combination of the endings when I spared Undyne, and the other one where I just killed Papyrus.

I HATE jumpscares in games and movies. They're cheap, easy, and make you lose trust in the author, creating an uncomfortable experience that is hard to enjoy. Basically if you kill Papyrus, Toriel will always get overthrown and Sans will always hate you.
Undyne would be so mad at you too if she's alive and will try to hunt you down.
Papyrus is basically the key to survival in Underworld..

You are not welcome." is definitely the most formal/eloquent thing I've ever heard Sans say, and he immediately follows it up with "later. ;)", which is both contradictory in tone _and_ message, which I honestly find incredible that it was even possible that that was able to happen.
