This is hilariously spot on. But also so sad because its so true!! The Shaitel Head as weapon was brilliant.

The lyrics are "fire up that loud (good quality weed), another round of shots, turn down for what"

Many times, Jewish women displayed they are not interested in a man they meet, yet they are interested.
The mixed messages causes the man to reject her, in turn she truly rejects him. No one figures out the source of the communication breakdown. Results...Another missed opportunity.

Matchmakers should not throw a phone number to the guy....and then move on to other Matchmaking. For the first 3 dates/meetings, the matchmaker should proactively follow up on every step. This would take less energy and time than being busy superficially multitasking many.

Make sure task is completed/lands each time before taking on a new applicant.

Who says being Frum means the man has to call a complete stranger.

The first few dates is where singles need the active moderator the most....Then the singles could be more on autopilot.

For the first few dates, the woman's quality chalant level means more to the guy than her cholent.

There might be a needed time and place for nonchalant. But to go forward, (if she is interested) understand the guy quickly needs a positive green signal. This is where the matchmaker is most needed. The woman may have reasons to not show vulnerable interest. She should at least understand the non outcome of nonchalant, and find the balance.

Pardon my ignorance..but is it true that Jodens still use Shadkhen (matchmakers) these days? Isn't that a bit old-fashioned?
