Don Rosa was (and will allways be) my favorite Donald Duck artist (Carl Barks coming in second)! His stories are filled with little details that I find amusing even to this day. His "Life and times of Scrooge McDuck" is simply masterpiece and now I have "soundtrack" from Tuomas Holopainen! If this isn't heaven, I don't know what is! :D

I remember this Disney classic as a Giant Dell .25 cents comic back in the mid fifties...but in English of course.  I learned of the Klondike gold rush from this comic.  I remember the horrors of the mosquitos that were so thick they would cover your entire body and you could roll on the ground and make a rug out of them.  Huey, Dewey and Louie with Unca' Donald and Unca' Scrooge braved the treacherous wilds of the Yukon in search of avaricious Uncle Scrooge's gold strike.  I wish there was an animated movie in English with the artwork of this Italian version.  Greg Takacs
