yeah exactly many sources telling us that optical image stabilization doesnt work while you recording in full hd and 60 fps or 4k, in my opinion it does work all the time but just as you said with jelly effect, and once when you switche to full hd 30 fps then we have information that we are able to use ois, but real explonation is not ois but digital image stabilization because when you switched to full hd 30 fps you might see that the frame is cutted and all objects are closer, and viewing angle is less wider  just like in the iphone 6 plus because this is how digital imagine stabilization works, and if our phone has ois its not possible to turn on the mechanizm .

The last sample video clip is still slightly wobbling even if your hands were steady :( I was expecting their Camera Video Stabilization is now at least close to the Stabilization level of iphone 6.. I phone's videos look like you're using a Gimbal.. its that good and they are only using OIS correct?

My main issue with the s6 camera is that it seems to try to correct everything, even smooth deliberate movements. The slow pan at the end shows some jumping and jerking and just looks unnatural and nervous (looks similar to dropped frames). Since noticing this issue I've been watching a lot of video samples and I'm not convinced this phone is capable of smooth panning even in a steady hand or with a tripod.

I thought I wanted this phone but this behavior, which I think is due to the OIS (which can't be disabled) means every video I make with it will look jerky and weird. I don't want to pay top dollar for a phone which will produce unpleasant video.

Am I wrong about this? Has anyone determined the reason s6 video always looks jerky and can it be prevented with the right settings or technique?

I thought the Jellow effect only happen when the camera processor can't keep up with the image sensor. that's why the black magic global sensor when paired with a powerful processor doesn't produce rolling shutter.

Yeah, my Samsung S5 camera does not have this jello effect. Only my new S6.
Remember kids, NEWER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER. Video quality is better on my S5. Thank god i still have the S5 and i will continue to use it for shooting video .
I remember the Samsung S3 had the BEST 1080P VIDEO QUALITY. Resolution means crap!!!! It is all in the IMAGE SENSOR SIZE and IMAGE STABILIZATION.

You've all of a sudden become an apologist for Samsung. There are other phones out there that have OIS and don't exhibit this jello effect. The lumias and iPhone 6+ don't have this problem. The video quality just has a problem. Admit it and move on. The camera isn't what you proclaim it to be. It has its own issues!
