I have low-impact options for beginners, workouts to strengthen your muscles, and improve mobility! Just press play and follow along with me.

Routine ⬇️
1. Side reach, 20 seconds hold.
2. Chest opener, 10 times.
3. Cat Cow, 5 times
4. Dynamic hug, 10 times.
5. Decompress 20 seconds.
6. Knee towards chest, 20 seconds ea.
7. Arm swings, 10 times.

A lot of people think workouts have to be intense to be effective, but that’s not true. Sometimes, the hardest part is just starting—especially if you’ve been dealing with limited mobility, pain, or low motivation. A gentle routine from the edge of your bed might feel simple, but it can make a big difference. It’s about getting your body moving, loosening up, and taking that first step toward feeling better. Don’t underestimate what small efforts can do. Show up for yourself, do what you can, and let that be enough today. Small steps lead to bigger changes over time.

After 3 lumbar surgeries, including a fusion, & another duscectomy pending, + 5 damaged disc in my neck, a triple fusion recommended...I am extrecareful about what movements I do, and my body has become weak in lots of areas.
I walk daily, but that's about it, and a. Very stiff & sire most mornings, needing a hot shower, before I can really get moving for the day.

I've found there are quite a lot of exercises you are demonstrating, those for sedentary people that I can do, or modified versions of. Starting very slow & low.
Am already feeling the benefit & now feeling more confident that I can build up my strength towards being as fit as possible before any more surgery, that I have been putting off.

Thankyou for this video, it helps each person feel better about themselves when going through difficult times like myself. I have lost muscle tone since becoming unwell and need to build myself up again from scratch, I have lost muscle tone virtually everywhere and just have not been able to motivate myself to do exercise. So seeing this video made me feel a little better as your so easy going and easy to listen too which is great, so to strengthen my muscles in my legs, arms and upper body what do you recommend a lady of pension age should do in 15 min patches through day? I must just say I have scoliosis of upper spine and lower back problem also fibromyalgia and arthritis is hip's. Would appreciate some helpful ideas, many thanks ❤❤❤
