It seems like that the Nexus tablet is going to be a yearly upgrade and some people (like myself) will be upgrading yearly. Others, may skip a year. I came across it last week.
Seriously cool!

Comes with integrated apps in individual floating resizeable windows.
You can turn any widget into a floating window with it.
Really cheap if you want to premium version!

Search "floating apps - multitasking" on the play store.
