in video version 3.7.3 shown and command for print('hello world')... indentation error but in version 3.8.0 the command for is print("hello world") its mean version change than symbols and command would also be changed... what a wonderful language is (Jahan panah tussi great o, , , tuhfah qabool karo..)

I am using on window 7 and cannot open after installation using 'python' command.
so in Windows: open a command prompt and run the following command:

but if it gives you this error
ERROR: Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError: [WinError 5] Access is denied

Use this
python -m pip install --user --upgrade pip
