Dilli Raj Bhatta is the founding member of the firm. He has extensive experience in all phases of commercial transactions, litigation, and intellectual property law. He advises clients on a broad spectrum of matters and provides unique strategic solutions in resolving complex legal issues. He continues to represent individuals and corporations in complex transactions and cases in New York and in United States Federal Courts. Aside from commercial litigations, Mr. Bhatta advises and represents business entities on international trade and transactions, commercial arbitrations, contractual disputes, Intellectual Property matters, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to this firm, Mr. Bhatta worked for The Myers Law Firm, a prestigious Northern California law firm based in San Francisco. He also worked as an intern at the San Francisco District Attorney’s office where he gained in-depth trial experience working with the DA. He also represents tech starts-up and engineers.
