It was hard to see from so far away, but it looked like there may not be any screening on the outdoor area - that's a must in Florida. For me a private pool is also a must.

I'm looking for a brand new rambler house around 2500 qft or so, three bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms, and 1/2 bathroom ( or washroom) without a pool, it doesn't need to be close to water or the ocean, but needs to be close to Costco because I drive to work five days a week. I have an RV class A. So I need a space to park that rig. I don't think HOA allowed me to park the big Rig next to the house. So if can be in the suburbs it's ok to me
