South Africa will travel to Australia to kick off this years 2024 Rugby Championship Competition against Australia in Brisbane on August 10th.

In this episode of Inside Rugby with Mark I start off a Rugby Championship series by taking a look at the Springboks year so far.

South Africa have played four games and lost one. Now they will step up again against some very stiff competition both at home and abroad.
