Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 1 (medium size) soaked in Hot Water for 2 mins
Besan (Gram Flour) – ½ Cup (Approx. 50 grams)
Rice flour – ¼ Cup
Turmeric powder -
Black Cumin - ¼ Teaspoon
Carom - ¼ Teaspoon
Red Chilli flakes – ½ Teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala – ½ Teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder – ½ Teaspoon
Green chilli – 1
Coriander leaves - 1 Handful
Ginger Garlic paste– 1 teaspoon
Onion – 1
Salt to taste
Baking soda – ¼ Teaspoon
White Oil – 1½ cup (For Fry)
