There are MORE ways to maximize turnover and profit in a sari-sari store. A sari-sari store has primarily a local function and is therefor a convenience store. That means that you have to align your products & services with your customer base. Walk around your neighborhood at different times during the day and weekends. Pay attention to types of people you see at specific times. I.e. children before/after school hours, office workers during lunchbreaks, motor/tuk-tuk/taxi drivers waiting for customers, etc. Make a list of types of customers at specific times. For each customertype, list products they might be interested in: sweets for children, sandwiches for office workers, cigarettes for taxi-drivers, etc. Start with displaying products for specific customertypes grouped together. That gives the illusion that you are specialized. Expand on this by offering combinations: i.e. 2 sandwiches and a soda for a special price. Put up different advertising signs at different times targeting specific customertypes. Place impulse products like candybars and chewing gum near the counter. Customers tend to pick them up while waiting to pay. Once you've done that, look for specific products or services that differentiate you from the competition. If you're the only one offering a product or service, you can increase your price and increase your perceived value with your customers at the same time.

Ako sinusunod ko pa rin yung way ng nanay ko na for every 1000 pesos na kikitain ko 200 pesos dun tubo ko at dapat yung gastos ko sa loob ng isang araw di ay di lalagpas ng 200 pesos in that way maiiwasan ko yung pagkalugi dahil di ko nagagalaw yung puhunan. 1. Wag magpautang. Kailangan ng sari2x store na e rotate yung negosyo since konti lang naman kasi yung profit neto from the items na binebenta.

2. As owner, wag ka kumuha ng libreng items from your store. Kung gagawin mo to for almost every day, wala ka nang profit.

3. Be patient. Kailangan mo e monitor at the end of the day yung mga items na malapit na maubos at in-demand sa customers. Need mo agad mag re-stock kasi sayang yung chance na may bibili pero wala kang maibigay.

I think it's very hard to branch out your sari-sari store because it's not easy to find a trusted employee that will only agree to receive 100- 130 pesos a day. Mahirap magtiwala sa tao ngayon panahon unless you will check the inventory every cut off time.

my tips: in Sari2x Store you must know your neighbours behaviour in terms of debt, be aware of your emotions, do not let them use it against you. Also no relatives in Business. For a better result and improvement be friends to all but trust not all.
