Yeah, I'm guessing Lockdown is talking to Galvatron when he is still on the ground and he wants to take him back to give him his memory so he can rule over the decepticons and then he walks over to Optimus.

"They" could be the Quintessons. Lockdown could be referring to him not being born into Optimus Prime being, but " built" from Orion Pax. I know that's a bit of a stretch, but you never know.

That means Quintessons confirmed!

Because in his biography says that Lockdown is a bounty hunter who Autobots and Decepticons hunt, so here, Lockdown does not obey any command to Megatron, just some when significant, or is, Lockdown is not integrated into the Decepticon group, would be his own leader.

if Galvatron was controled by humans, then Lockdown talking to Galvatron would be a waste of time since Galvatron was not concience... or maybe he first give him concience and then spoke those words...if thats the case then we can forget about quintessons
