My HP deskjet 4100 is giving me a hard time connecting. I even had a issue with the app. It asked me to turn on my location on the phone. You didn't have to do that. Thanks for sharing.

because when I press the info button it prints the sheet saying the printer is not connected to the internet even though it is connected to the wifi network

Hello. Thank you for your video. My printer has been working but now will not. I have ink. The info and Wifi lights are on steady not flashing and app states I that I am in fact connected to WiFi. But it will not print. It says my printer is "busy" and the power light is flashing. Do you know what the issue is? :( I'm losing my mind and have spent hours trying to figure this out. I have a HP4122, downloaded the app, works fine from my i phone.I downloaded the app onto my HP laptop, it shows all the information about the printer and communicates with it, but it will not print from my laptop.It seems to confuse the printer to the point that it will not do anything unless I unplug it and start again.Is it advisable to buy the lead from Amazon and use it hard wired?I have been through all the things on the laptop (windows 10) and it shows that the laptop recognises the printer and that its connected.Have you any ideas?
