I was asked to be supervisor on a important object today. And I know i have more skills then some other aktive supervisors. And I don't care about that bit more money. I want to be a good supervisor to build a good and motivated team. I feel like a lot of supervisors do not understand that the guards aren't just your workers, they are the picture of how you are as a supervisor. Hopefully I can reach my personal goals in that matter.

I was invited to the training they having for their supvisors in my job and I'm so nervous lol. I never been invited for training but I am happy I got ask for it because that means I'm moving up lol

Learn to sleep on only 4 hrs a day and cover all call offs/no shows. Then you can be a Supervisor.

To to let you know as a site manager of a security company stop calling security officer 's a guard it really a difference but continue to work on your skills on doing this video goodluck.
