2020 Jeep Gladiator Soft top fix no thanks to Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus (NJ)

Gladiator soft top making noise at high speed and in windy conditions. The cause was the tension cable on the passenger side. Tried the dealer, but they are clueless, they tried to fix my aftermarket tonneau instead. Here is the video on how to do it. Please let me know if I was correct for not doing business with this dealership because they could not fix this under warranty. Please keep in mind that they did not even diagnose the problem and I did literally point my finger at the broken cable like I did in this video.
I do apologize for crappy quality as I was by myself and shooting it on my cell phone. Please do not forget to reattach all roof fabric after you are done as it is not in the video.

Sad that the Jeep dealership wouldn't help you, for such a small & inexpensive part -- the "customer good will" they lost when people see this video will cost C-D-J/Paramus WAY more than $5, I'm sure. What short-sighted fools...
I have the hard-top on mine (3-piece "Freedom Panels")...but I'll probably never take them off even once as I had no interest in "open-air-driving, " so it wasn't part of my buying decision.
