i went to the market and saw the strangest looking mushroom and decided to buy some, i was skeptical at first because it was going it would be my first time eating this variety, if it wasn't edible they won't sell it so i thought
.
i cooked them same waybi would cook oyster mushrooms and the taste surprised me.
.
my neighbour's plantain was hanging over my fence and they didn't even know they had it so i called them to come harvest it, they gave me some of it i reciprocated the favour by giving them catfish from my tank, in the process one fish escaped and i didn't realise it until the next day when it rained and filled up the rectangular shallow hole i dug to collect rain water and fish water.

If i had moi moi leaves, or even plantain or banana leaves, i will never dish my food on bare plate.i must first place the leaf on d plate, then dish my food.Extremely delicious and gives it extra flavor especially when the food is hot and it will save me the stress of wasting time in doing the dishes
