Good job April and Davey on your work pulling the carpet and tacks up. It’s a really hard job ripping carpet up out of your home, it’s heavy, can be messy too then you have the clean up. Exciting you get to go for one whole week!
Making healthy lifestyle changes is hard, but so worth it. Seed oils like canola that’s in our mayonnaise, is in everything. It’s like gasoline to our bodies! Causing inflammation big time! That and sugars depletes our nutrients which can also explain your shortness of breath up stairs, energy level, fatigue too. It’s not just exercise. I sure you get that, but why do we look at everything but food?! Speaking from experience and living this way myself too now. My mental health is 💯 improved! 😊
