Hook: Size 8 Daiichi 2421 Salmon Hook
Tag: Flat Gold Tinsel
Butt: Uni Bright Yellow Floss
Tail: Golden Pheasant Crest
Ribbing: Small Gold Tinsel (Veevus)
Body: Black Floss
Throat: Blue hackle over Orange
Wing: Dark Moose Hair

Very nicely tied Mark. Years ago it was my go to fly on all the west coast NL rivers. I always caught salmon on the Thunder and Lighting.... But out here I find any dark bodied fly with a dark wing works good on all rivers. Since I've retired and moved back home I've been having good success with the white winged flies as well. Thanks for sharing... Best of luck on the rivers this year.
