Lenovo N21 Shutoff issue

Our IT department has had a few of the Lenovo N21's for the past year. We had a lot of issues with them not powering on when we initially set them up, and also saw random issues when we were working on them. Well a year later I think we found one of the primary reasons we were having trouble.

Apparently if you place a Lenovo N21 on top of another one, it will think you closed the lid and shut off the device.
