Man charged with attempted murder of his father in Georgetown County

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) — A Georgetown County man was charged with attempted murder after stabbing his father during an altercation Wednesday.
Deputies with the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a home invasion around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. During the incident, Francis Walker Bone was stabbed, Sheriff Carter Weaver said.
Francis Bone said he didn't know his attacker. However, during the investigation deputies determined that it was his son, Walker Dwane Bone, from Georgetown, who stabbed the victim, deputies said.
