I want to know when temperature is fillup that time thermostat is open and solenoid valve is closed and refrigerant flow is closed. Now this time compressor is off or running??if the compressor is off position they how the compressor off .

One question
According Your diagram, every time when thermostat is open ( high room temperature) thermostat timer is off ( stop counting time) this is correct?
Another thing, as per Your drawing defrost timer cut power to compressor contactor so same time will be off compressor and solenoid valve. How refigerant will be removed from chiller room before next refrigeration cycle, or maybe this is not necessary because temperature in chiller is not so low like on freezer units
