Where to start❓
▶️ I suggest the 4th symphony - "Romantic", being the *easiest* to listen to, as it's the perfect mix between nice tunes and complexity of the works, personally I prefer the 1874 (original) version of the symphony much more.
I've made a video about the second movement (althought the track is from the second version):
You can find the first version complete here:
-
▶️ The 5th symphony is one of the most *monumental* and *grand* artworks of all times, but it's the hardest and requires to be listened several times with much care in order to be appreciated! It also makes sense only when listened fully as the groundbreaking finale it's the apex of the whole works - as a user on YT said - "The 5th is not for the faint-hearted".
-
▶️ The 6th symphony is a *fair mix* between the previous two, with a first movement which is close of being my favourite piece ever, but it requires a little bit of acquaintance with Bruckner already.
-
The others I still have to discover and I don't want spoilers! ;)
