Man arrested after second assassination attempt on Donald Trump, outside of Trump International

(TND) — Former President Donald Trump is safe after gunfire Sunday near where he was golfing in Florida.

The Associated Press reported that Secret Service agents opened fire after seeing a person with a gun near Trump’s golf club in West Palm Beach.

The person fled in an SUV and was later apprehended in a nearby county by local law enforcement, the AP reported.
