The plaintiff has been friends with the defendant for years. The plaintiff registered a car for the defendant, but the defendant racked up tickets, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues this lawsuit is bogus and the plaintiff has no proof of anything.

I hate seeing long-term friendships end over material things like this. The plaintiff was trying to do good by his friend but sometimes you’re a friend to someone who isn’t a friend to you and that’s a sad truth.

I don't think the plaintiff could say three words without making a major speech or drama scene. Every time he was asked a question he said a whole bunch of malarkey without just answering the question. He must have been trying for his own TV show
