Raw buckwheat is best to use then using atta. Mai 2 baar stomach pain se guzri hun iska atta use karney ki vajah se. The reason is that aata has to be used fresh . Even you buy a mimimim quantity packet still it sits in your pantry after first use and next time it is not good as per my own experience same goes for singhada( chest nut ) flour .
