A whopping 20,939 Covid-19 cases in Malaysia today

The Covid-19 cases in Malaysia break 20,000 cases today, with 20,939 infections reported by health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

The cumulative cases up to date are 2,996,361.

The last time Malaysia had more than 20,000 cases in a day was on September 10, when 21,176 cases were recorded.

Cases will rise and drop, it is normal as long as serious cases is low

The cycle will continue for every time they want to "recommend" people to take booster shot, it will goes up dramatically.

Omicron are very infectious but also very mild and provide natural immunity See example from South Africa, with 75% unvaccinated the death rate are super low. Only country that mainly take Pfizer like USA and Israel experience high death rate.

What is going on with Malaysia Government? The cases keeping shooting up, still wants to open border, proceed the voting in Johor and loosen the SOP. Although the effection of CoVid 19 Omicron will be mild, thus it still will lead to bad effect if the new mutation of Omicron and Delta spreading together in the community.
