Guys shame on me. I forgot the experiment Corrosive Rain. But it's really easy. Go to the Planetary Flotsam in the Itching Fields. There are a lot of the red jellywafts. Wait until one is flying above some pufferbirds and then shoot it. Use your bait if you have trouble to get the pufferbird at the right spot. Sorry about the mistake!

for anyone still stuck on this, i figured it out. shoot the the green ones first then sneak up close enough to the jellyprime where u can throw a binding gile on it(this makes it fall and stick to the ground). throw bait (and another binding just to stay safe) at the jelly and wait for the birds to come to it. finally, shoot the jelly with the birds around it
