Wednesday was the worst day of the pandemic so far in America, with coronavirus cases, hospitalizations and deaths the highest they’ve ever been. And the head of the CDC warns that the worst is still to come. NBC national correspondent Miguel Almaguer reports for TODAY.

When will fools figure out that wearing a mask isn't hard at all!?!?! I feel safer when I wear a mask if I have to go out of my home and I feel like I am protecting others as well...what is so hard about that...nothing is hard about it! I keep masks in my car, in my purse...I keep a box of extras for others who may have lost or forgotten theirs. Here's a statistic they aren't telling you. The serious/critical cases rate of all active cases in the US is currently only 0.47%. And, that's not the death rate. That is the percentage of all cases that are classified as serious or critical. Don't believe me? Look up the US stats on active cases and serious/critical cases on worldometer and do the math yourself.

If it weren't for the tv news and the masks everybody has to wear, we wouldn't even know there was a virus. It is so helpful to be reminded constantly about this whatever disease.

Gosh, hospitalizations pile up as an aggregate total but I notice they don't give the daily count of how many people are in the hospital at present. I also notice they call every positive, "a case" which is is clearly not. Not everyone who tests positive is sick. Not everyone who tests positive ever got sick. I'm looking forward to the new type of counting when Biden comes in...that'll be the one where it's getting better. I notice that the US hit 1.96% fatalities to cases this morning, so maybe don't panic or try to gaslight the citizens.

I dont think it's about being fearful or looking at the mortality rate. I think it's about being cautious of spreading it. People will never care until it happens to them or someone they care about.
