Problem is on the video:
As you see the screen, a blue box, frame or border keep chasing where my mouse goes. as like Tom and Jerry.

1:16 "Ctrl + ← " or "Ctrl → " make it moves around as well. How to get rid of it??

It shows only on this student Gmail account but not other account. I tried to enter another account, there is no frame like it. Thank you very much for helping!!

I found the answer :

To turn off Switch Access:

On your Chromebook, open Settings .
Select Advanced and then Accessibility and then Manage accessibility features.
Under “Keyboard and text input,” select Switch Access.
When you turn on Switch Access, a pop-up immediately directs you to assign your switches.
Assign a switch to the “Select” action. You use this switch to select items on the screen.
If you want to use multiple switches to move the selector between items on the screen, you can assign switches for the “Next” or “Previous” actions.
If you only have one switch, you can move between different items on the screen when you turn on Auto-scan.

Problem solved!!

It doesn't work it doesn't get rid of the blue box

Edit: I figured out how to get rid of it and its much simpler, all you have to do it click the blue circle beside switch access to disable it.
