This is a great, easy-to-understand explanation of this and I'm absolutely astounded that this isn't a bigger story. This is like a car company admitting that one of their cars has a fatal flaw that could kill the vehicle at any time ... they've been selling the car for several years, they knew at least SOMETHING was wrong w/ it, but clearly didn't do anything about it AND ... they won't be recalling the cars OR compensating anyone who had to replace their car.
