As a side note, Russia's MIR cards (which replaced the Visa/Master card) is also quite popular in Vietnam. I think about 80% of ATMs in Vietnam accept MIR cards now. De-dollarization is well underway.

Vietnam is now openly supporting Russia economically along with China and Pakistan as well and opt to not bend against Western's pressure. I think we're at very historic points in history and will see an overall shift of influence and wealth from the West to the East to restore overall world balance/equilibrium. An inflection point, if you will.

Alienating Russia from the rest of Europe will be the EU's own undoing and this will be reflected in the years to come.

Left out one thing: the ukrainian army was preparing to invade the donbas/lugansk - that triggered the immediate military response.
In fact they quickly surrounded that invasion force in the first few days - proof there was one.

Calling it “international law” is an oxymoron. Try “full spectrum dominance.” That has more of a ‘ring’ to defining US behavior. If the law is unjustly applied it is no longer valid as “law.”
